Restricted Access Parking Lots

For industrial and commercial premises’ which experience a lot of comings and goings, having some control over who has access to the property can be difficult. Unlike with a smaller building, with less employees and visitors, it would require you to have some additional security apparatus to help to cope with the security concerns. The only way to begin to address this issue is by placing checkpoints in a few strategic areas. Typically, these checkpoints will be placed at access points to the building, and access points to the parking lots.

With parking lots, the best way to restrict access is by having a combination of a temporary barrier, with the support of security personnel. This can be a tricky proposition, due to the need to have to organise with the security staff should any visitors be coming to the premises. Typically, the barriers that are used will either be an Arm, or a bollard, both of which can be raised or lowered to allow or block access to people trying to gain entry to the building.
